Covid-19 Policies
We are still open during Covid-19 for our online orders and deliveries. We work hard to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
UPDATE Sept 19th, 2021: We won't be asking our valued customers and clients to provide proof of vaccination or a negative rapid test in the last 72 hours, however we take yours and our health seriously and will be following proper health and safety protocols by continuing with social distancing with proper PPE, masking while moving around, sanitizing, covid screening questionnaire along with other safety measures. We will reserve the right to ask anyone exhibiting covid 19 symptoms to conduct any business online or over the phone. We ask you to respect and support the decision we believe best supports our clients privacy and confidentiality. In addition, our staff have stated they are willing to provide proof of vaccination and a covid screening questionnaire to our clients for peace of mind and assurance. As the week of Sept 20-27th progresses, we will be adding more products and services online so stay tuned!
Please note that orders are processed 24-48 hours after payment is submitted. Due to Covid-19 we are currently only accepting E-transfer and CCD via our shop online.

Please note that we will not be accepting returns or issuing any refunds of orders that have been delivered or already been shipped. For baskets cancelled less than 24 hours will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We are still delivering however we follow Alberta Health & Safety guidelines when filling your order through to completion, and during delivery.

Upon completing your order, we will send you our complete instruction guide on what to expect during your gift basket delivery.
