Payment and Shipping
We accept Visa/Mastercard/American Express via Paypal, E-Transfer to eventfullelements@gmail.com, or Certified Cheque/Money Order.
$4.99 is added to all shipments in AB
Free shipping within Calgary and surrounding areas
$9.99 for the Western Canada Provinces(excluding AB)
Expedited shipping available upon request.
Secure Ordering & Payment Options
For gift baskets full payment is required prior to order being filled. For events and Promotional-50% deposit is due at time of booking with a restocking fee of 10% if cancelled.
Returns & Refunds
Returns must be done within 14 days of the received order.
Full refunds if product or service was of poor quality. $250 is non refundable on all planning and incentive program services. Refunds MUST be requested in writing. NO refunds will be given for perishables. We will require you to sign a waiver and release for all perishable orders.
